Why is the my favourite movie?

The story of Andy Dufresne was so touching and prompts the audience to think about the concept of justice. The movie is also based on the novel "Rita Heyworth and the Shawshank Redemption" by Stephen King, one of my favorite authors. I am a huge fan of books that have turned into movies! Although I typically like the book more than the movie (of course the book must be amazing if it was turned into a film!), in the case of Shawshank Redemption, the movie is most definitely better than the novel.
